I was really concerned about the light on the dashboard of my Renault Scenic and more concerned that noone seemed to understand why it was on.  Your team diagnosed the problem and dealt with it professionally and at a reasonable price.  The car runs much better now.  I would also like to thank you for collecting and returning the car for me. Dave Clark Services came to the rescue when my poor little Cleo was feeling sick. Without fuss or drama they collected my car and called me an hour later to tell me what was wrong..... immidiately I felt comfortable dealing with chap that called me, who explained the faults in deatail but simple enough for me to understand. I was given a quote on the amount it would cost to repair and told that If anything els was picked up they would call to tell me, I duelly received a call at 4 pm telling me my car was repaired and ready to collect. Unfortunately I was unable to make arrangements to collect the car and told this to the service manager on the phone,,,,, without having to ask he told me that would not be a problem and that they would arrange for the vehicle to be delivered back to me. The car arrived back at my house all fixed and running perfectly at 5pm. It is so nice in this day and age to be able to trust a garage you have not used before to be reliable and to feel you have trust in them.
